This notice explains how Flame Lily Ventures handles information you share while registering for AI for Your Next Chapter or contacting us about the event.
Information we collect
When you register we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, optional business or organization name, your answers to the pre-event questionnaire, and your communication preference. If the cohort is full and you join the waitlist, we collect only your name, email address, and permission to contact you if a seat opens. We do not collect payment information, and this event is free.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your registration, communicate event details, respond to questions, and prepare a useful learning experience for participants.
How we protect it
Registrations are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private database that is not readable from this website. Only the event organizers can view them. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or marketing cookies on this site. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser request in order to serve the fonts.
